Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges

We always want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the product or contact us within 30 days of receiving it to request a refund.

To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we offer a 10 days full refund policy. If you request a refund within 48 hours after placing your order, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaged securely in its original packaging and sturdy paper tube.

Since all paintings are entirely handmade, if the buyer cancels the order without reason more than 10 days after purchase, a $100 production fee will be charged.

Damaged items

We offer free replacements for damaged items. If your item is damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize. Please send us a message with your order number and photos of the damaged artwork. We’ll handle the issue with the courier and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you within a few days.

Important Return Conditions

· Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

· Once approved, you have 14 days to return the artwork.

· The artwork must be in original condition and securely packaged, ideally in its original box.

· We cover the shipping cost for all products. However, if there are no quality issues and the buyer still wishes to return the product, the return shipping cost must be covered by the buyer.
